A lot of people who start with me are brand new or feel like they’re just surviving in regular class. The Assessment isn’t a test. It’s a starting point. We slow things down and figure out what actually matters for you right now.

Mosaic is meant to support your training at your home gym — not replace it. The goal is to help what we work on together show up naturally in your normal class rounds.
If class has felt chaotic or confusing, this is how we bring structure to it.

We’ll talk through your goals, look at how you’re currently approaching positions, identify your strengths and the missing pieces in your game, and make a plan for immediate adjustments.
The goal is to have a clear roadmap for what to focus on next.

No.
There’s no pressure. That said, most beginners continue into the 4-week Foundation Accelerator because that’s where we actually build structure around what we uncovered.
The Assessment creates clarity. The Foundation phase builds progress.

Yes.
Single sessions are always available. They’re great for tune-ups or specific questions. But if you really want momentum, a structured block of time works better than one-offs.

Yes.
Partners are encouraged, but not required. Training with a partner can actually help you visualize and apply techniques better.
If cost is a concern, splitting the session with someone is a great way to make it more affordable while still getting focused instruction. NOTE: The program build will default to the person of contact.

All sessions take place at Red Fox Jiu-Jitsu in Hartsville, SC.
The gym has cameras in place for safety, and everything is done in a professional training environment.
If needed, I’m also available to travel for private sessions for an additional fee — just reach out and we can discuss details.

Yes.
You don’t need to be in shape or experienced to start. Everything is paced around you. The goal is development — not survival.
Everyone starts somewhere.

The Mosaic Method works at every level. We’ll decide whether the Foundation Track or a more advanced development plan makes the most sense.

For most beginners, once per week combined with regular classes is perfect. Consistency beats intensity every time.

Life happens. We’ll reschedule within your program window whenever possible. The key is keeping momentum. Make sure to communicate directly if schedules need to change. no refunds or reschedules will be considered after the program window without clear communication.
